The new offices for the GOYH involved the fit out of a five storey city centre office building. The brief was to provide an attractive, lively working environment with associated high quality meeting and conference facilities.
The majority of the floor space is open plan design with both formal and informal work spaces. Each floor has a quiet rooms and break out space, with different themes based on water. The ground floor incorporates a library, café/dining area, games room and seminar suites.
The completed design has given the work spaces a crisp modern feel, with a large proportion of glass finishes helping to maximise the views to outside.
